Q: How do I rent a SPIDR?
A: The procedure for renting a SPIDR is quick and simple, we just require some details about where to send the SPIDR and some information about the well and the type of test you will be doing. This usually takes a couple of minutes over the phone and we can then ship the SPIDR for next day delivery.
Q: How do I return a SPIDR after a rental?
A: Enclosed in the box is a FedEx return slip, simply seal the box up, stick the label on and give it to FedEx or a FedEx agent.
Q: What is included with a SPIDR rental?
A: The basic rental package includes a SPIDR, fittings,installation instructions and a FedEx return label. Additional transducers, fittings, software and accesories are available upon request.
Q: Can I receive help with installing the SPIDR?
A: You can receive service and support at any time about any aspect of the SPIDR well testing system.
Q: I need to rent a SPIDR urgently, how quickly can I get one?
A: We can ship a SPIDR anywhere in the United States for next day delivery (2 day for international rentals), if you order before 5pm. For more urgent jobs we can usually send a SPIDR by courier for delivery the same day.
Q: Can I get a DRC technician to help with a test?

However, the installation of the SPIDR system takes less than 5 minutes by any field hand.?
