DRC Well Test Forms

To convert a data file from wellhead to bottomhole pressure, DRC requires a variety of data to input into its model.

The Well Test Data Sheet below outlines the necessary inputs for the conversion. Simply download, complete and return it to DRC. If there are any questions, please contact DRC.

In addition, there are many cases when it is possible to satisfy MMS testing without running downhole gauges. Fill out the departure form below and submit it to the MMS prior to testing. To find out if your well is a candidate for surface testing to satisfy MMS requirements, please contact DRC.
