DRC Well Test Forms
To convert a data file from wellhead to bottomhole pressure, DRC requires a variety of data to input into its model. The Well Test Data Sheet below outlines the necessary inputs for the conversion. Simply download, complete and return it to DRC. If there are any questions, please contact DRC.
