Gas Meter Prover
The SPIDR can be used as a precision flowmeter or as a meter prover.
Its ability to record line pressure, differential pressure, and gas temperature with high speed and high accuracy is unmatched. The unit can store 1,500 individual flow rates per day over a 30-day period. The individual flow rates will include, in addition to date and time, the differential pressure, line pressure, and temperature for each reading. The SPIDR software can be used to generate a plot of rate versus time and a table of cumulative production for any time interval. The illustration on the left shows the SPIDR connected to an orifice plate assembly for precision flow monitoring.
