Data Retrieval Corporation is a 25+ year old Houston based service company that is the only provider of SPIDR gauges via rental and lease options and has developed proprietary conversion algorithms to accurately convert wellhead pressures to bottomhole pressure as a NO RISK / LOW COST alternative to running wire and pressure gauges downhole. We maintain a ready supply of SPIDR gauges for immediate or same day shipment, via Federal Express, to all parts of the USA and to wherever FedEx ships around the world! 

We typically have several jobs running in International locations at any given point in time. Our experience has proven that FedEx can deliver packages into our International customers’ hands in fewer than 5 days time and most in the 2-3 days range! This allows our International clientele to have Quartz quality surface pressure gauge(s) available to them anywhere they are working in the world they have a well testing requirement. Because we have equipment available and because we can ship same day, we can ensure a quick response to our customers needs wherever in the world they are needed. The old way of sourcing equipment in the country of origin or waiting on long lead times thru only a few selected service company, is antiquated and our customers have additional options. Globalization and the ability to easily move small equipment via rapid and efficient transportation sources allows DRC to perform work in Europe, Middle East, Asia, South America & Australia or virtually anywhere in the World. We are specifically discovering that our acquired experience in unconventional shale reservoirs in the USA is translating well to International areas where this development is yet in its infancy.

The SPIDR gauge is only utilized for data collection at the wellhead. All data processing is performed in our Houston office by our experienced reservoir engineers. Downloading and emailing the pressure data is accomplished by on-site personnel who may not read or speak English. The technology and processes to capture, download and send data is so easily accomplished that virtually any person with minimal equipment knowledge can adequately install and extract data onto a laptop. The data file is then sent to DRC along with the specific well input data which our engineers use to provide a detailed pressure transient analysis report within a few days subsequent to test completion. We are then available for discussion via email, telephone or teleconferencing.
